"I've worked for PrideCo Capital Management since early 2015. My primary focus includes loan and investment due diligence, secondary market sales, marketing, and origination. Underwriting includes Real estate purchase documentation, property valuation, and rent analysis, borrower background and vetting creditworthiness; as well as, entity verification. PrideCo is a single-family office based in Newport Beach. Our focus is private real estate equity investments and direct private lending for experienced real estate investors. We manage two separate funds. One is a private fund made up of a handful of investors who provide us the discretionary lending ability for real estate investors. The second fund is a private real estate equity fund for a single-family investor for small participating allocations in real estate equity raises across the country."
