"Originally as a volunteer, you could see how much the staff helped their clients. I then learned that the clients have different varieties of disabilities. With limitations they were given what is needed to help improve their everyday life. As a worker, you are taught what those limitations are and develop your own routine to help one another. Of course there are the good and the bad in a workplace, however, as long as the clients are safe and receive the help they desire then that is all that matters. While working with Pride Industries, not only was I able to help those whose wanted the help, I also learned a lot from each person. Which helped me improve my everyday life. So a definite benefit from working here is we as a team made an impact on each other."
