"Know you will be pushed for volume and not quality."

"After going public they were not interested in quality only quantity. This was in direct contrast with most of the senior people's philosophies"

"Scale back and look at the big picture. Quality is much more important than turning out numbers and much lesser quality."

"Meeting all the interesting people at the major retail clients. Working with a fine group of auditors."

"Know that, as an at-will applicant, when you are hired, your job could last 3 months or 3 years."

"Not rewarded for going the extra mile. Not compensated for job performed. Very little opportunity for growth. Being an at-will employee, one has no sense of job security."
