Far too few staff to accomplish the mission, a culture of bullying exists from the most senior levels down. The company is focused on improving the numbers, but cares very little for the employees."

"The company is owned by an investment group in NYC. They aim to sell the company after it hits a valuation of 500 million. That being said they skimp on employee benefits and tend to hire underqualifed people to save on expenses"

"Focus on product line expansion rather than total market control, you already hold 60% market share for your business category."
