What don't you like about working at Press Ganey Associates?

"I was promised when I signed a contract that I would be converted to a permanent emloyee in 6 months if my work was satisfactory. I am told my work is satisfactory, but a permanent employee hiring freeze means that I cannot be converted from a contractor to a permanent employee."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Plan for fulfilling their promises to contractor employees. It sI very disappointing to contractors who work to fulfill their end of a promise only to discover that the firm making the promise does not fulfill its end of the promise."

"Dont do it, you will be glad you saved yourself the trouble. work atmostpher sI nice, but it is no deal maker on the compensation."

"The company is owned by an investment group in NYC. They aim to sell the company after it hits a valuation of 500 million. That being said they skimp on employee benefits and tend to hire underqualifed people to save on expenses"

"Focus on product line expansion rather than total market control, you already hold 60% market share for your business category."

"The company itself was very dysfunctional and disjoined, our office was treated as an offshore development team"

"Unify the external offices and treat them all as a cohesive team rather than off shore groups"
