"Great community of people with a common goal of improving the quality of education in rural Arizona. Very community-oriented and friendly staff. The drawbacks include: the high cost of living in Prescott and compensation does not provide enough money to live well in this area. Difficult to advance as there are many people in line ahead with seniority."
