"Atmosphere on an overall basis, but certain different departments with poor management were left by the wayside to wallow on their own until someone noticed... unfortunately no one was really looking, or trying to cover up what management had missed early on and should have looked into... too many layers of middle management to actually see what was going on!"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"None really, other than it can be a very rewarding place of employment, depending on which department you work in... It's been the same concern as many people have had about large organizations like this... too many bad bosses and no one doing anything about that particular situation."
What don't you like about working at University of North Carolina?
"Too many layers of uninformed middle management."

"Better hiring procedures, but very doubtful that will ever happen."
