"The people I worked with were excellent."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The Garvey group is ruthless with their approach to layoffs, so if they hire you, be aware that there is little to no loyalty from the company to you and if business slows, they will look for people to eliminate."

"The senior management were not flexible or particularly diligent in their oversight in regards to how the company actually performed its day- to - day operations."

"Quit listening to a few cronies andactually talk to the people who perform the work."

"I got to work in an changing working environment from traditional printing to digital and direct to plate at a print shop."

"I wish the benefits were more competive, also sufficient for substenance."

"I wish they would treat workers with respect and more hygene in the bathroom, and stop being defensive when someone of their race is accuse more than once by other co workers."
