"As a prep chef you see a dish start from scratch and finished with a beautiful garnish later in the day and anyones sense of creativity comes out in a place like this. This particular restaurant was located conveniently in the middle of neighborhood so business was almost always booming and the day flew by. However the downsides can also be how busy it is. If customers continue coming in and you have no down time, one may fall behind if not properly organized and prepared for the rush."
