"Change control... though many of my coworkers would disagree. It was something that I take with me, and respect highly."

"Just be yourself. Most of the managers are good people and will respect that more than anything."

What don't you like about working at Premiere Global Services?

"Compartmentalization. I didn't really KNOW any of my coworkers, not even my boss. I only saw him a few times the entire year that I was there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"not sure, haven't thought about it for a while."
