"1. Talent is imperative at this point. There are many positions currently being held by individuals who are no longer qualified to operate today's advanced technology. 2. Adopt text book business 101 Ever successful corporation must have CHECKS & BALANCES; PGI continues to struggle with this. 3. Product roll out, should at minimum, be ready for beta. Don't race to go to market when the product is NOT READY; this embarasses the representatives- PGI doesn't understant what corporate responsibility is. Pull it together in 2011, PGI....The clock isn't ticking in your favor anymore..."
