"Be honest with your resume and prepare to answer technical questions whether it's designing, programming or supporting. Infrastructure is based in TCP/IP and Unix."

"Be positive and roll with it. Honestly, I would wait until 2011 when things shake out better solution sets will emerge hopefully."

"Unorganized corporate structure is constantly changing direction and causing confusion for middle management and the entire sales team."

"Find something that works and stick with it. Listen to the sales team with contact to all customers."

"Change control... though many of my coworkers would disagree. It was something that I take with me, and respect highly."

"Just be yourself. Most of the managers are good people and will respect that more than anything."

"Compartmentalization. I didn't really KNOW any of my coworkers, not even my boss. I only saw him a few times the entire year that I was there."

"Co Workers, benefits, great commissions for pro active sales representatives-Excellent Mid Management. Conferencing and Collaboration division is still one of the best in the industry.."

"You must have the ability to accept change, demonstrate patience and the will to succeed.....All sales reps are hungry."

"Didn't like (I am a past employee) constant change in direction from upper management, self imposed blunders with billing - implementation of world class billing system(s) requiring skilled knowledge workers or degreed professionals to operate simply tossed by the way side versus hiring qualified professionals, constant turn over for Sales VP's."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"1. Talent is imperative at this point. There are many positions currently being held by individuals who are no longer qualified to operate today's advanced technology. 2. Adopt text book business 101 Ever successful corporation must have CHECKS & BALANCES; PGI continues to struggle with this. 3. Product roll out, should at minimum, be ready for beta. Don't race to go to market when the product is NOT READY; this embarasses the representatives- PGI doesn't understant what corporate responsibility is. Pull it together in 2011, PGI....The clock isn't ticking in your favor anymore..."
