What do you like about working at Prematics?

"This is great technology at the right time and place. Healthcare IT will have an impact on the future of any healthcare reform. The people developing and maintaining this product are top-notch, and they will be rewarded handsomely if the Company is successful."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"As with any start-up, there are risks. Go into this one with your eyes wide open. Be yourself in the interview, because the people interviewing you are and will ask more questions about your ability and ideas than behavioral type stuff."

What don't you like about working at Prematics?

"Nothing. I liked working there, but wasn't there (due to RIF) to have the impact I thought I could have on the business. The Company is 1/2 the size it was a year ago, so they are running lean and mean. I sincerely hope they make it big. Employees who have worked very hard will be rewarded."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Continue to be transparent with the employees on issues effecting the Company, both good and bad. They drank the Kool-aid and are personally invested in the Company's success."
