"Just be yourself. Never go into an interview and be someone you are not - if you do you run the risk of having to act like that forever or end up being yourself and they might not like that."

"In the two years I was there I saw the company go from being very good to its employees to not being great to them"

"Just becuase it costs less or will save money does not mean it is the best decision for the company"
