Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Unless you're desperate for an income, wait a year or so before pursuing TE Medical in Wilsonville Oregon. Many of the recent new hires are regretful and already looking again. The larger TE is a pretty good company so I imagine eventually they will figure this out in Wilsonville, but it will likely take another year."

What don't you like about working at Precision Interconnect?

"Very poor management. Has created a toxic work environment that has caused massive attrition in manufacturing engineering."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Go away. Seriously, you are wrecking a solid company with great customers. It is sad."
