"I’ve worked for Precision Fire Systems for five years now. They’ve been an excellent company to work to do. However, there’s no room for advancement. I’d like to apply the skills that I’ve acquired over the past 15 years to excel in my career by applying everything I’ve learned in several fields to be a valuable asset to an organization that understands when an employee holds value. There is no set format to maximize production. Individuals are exactly that.... individuals. You have to be able to read a situation, or person, to be able to maximize production and quality. There are different strokes for folks. Constructive criticism may work for some, but not so well for others. Professionalism seems to fading due to overinflated egos."
