"My direct manager was cruel, disrespectful, inconsiderate and abusive. He had no problem insulting me in front of others. He was insecure and this was reflected in the way he treated others."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pay more attention to the people that are placed in high positions. Also, the medical benefits for the states are not good."
