"I work with great coworkers, however, the VP and AVP of facilities are very controlling and have very unprofessional leadership skills. Budgets and spending are mismanaged and when they are asked questions you are accused of being inappropriate and disrespectful. I have never seen a VP and AVP so involved in micro-managing, it reminds me of a compulsive liar that needs to keep track of all the lying they have done. Very unhealthy and toxic working environment. Be forewarned if applying for a facilities position with PRA Group. I gave a thumbs down for recommending the company CEO because it is his responsibility to manage his departments. I have never met the CEO or worked directly with him."
