The environment is a bit frustrating in that many people are more interested in their department rather than the overarching work we do. As a result, some old practices are pervasive and can often hinder progress."

"No room for growth, managers don't retire, engineers don't do much and reap all benefits of designers work. Building is in shambles except for higher ups. No diversity."

"Change everything and actually do some work, it is like the DMV, things take months to progress, no one cares except for their own job. More diversity especially in management roles."
