"The direction of the company. We are losing a lot of money and we may soon all lose our jobs."

"1. Treat your customers better. Our revenue has dropped, partially as our industry has struggled since the tech bust, but also because a lot of our customers don't like working with us.2. Direction - A lot of projects we work on end up getting cancelled or end up not getting any sales orders."
