"Powerhouse is a growing but ever-changing company top to bottom. Culture change has forced increased turnover and plummeting job satisfaction. In-turn this caused the support at work and the work environment to deteriorate as managers have little connection to their actual team. Company's pay scale is inconsistent and most positions are filled by under-qualified and VASTLY underpaid personnel."
"In working for Powerhouse for about 6 months to a year I have seen great teamwork, but little acknowledgment towards individuals' work. The pay was not equal to the work being done. Also, there was a promise for quick promotions but would never happen. It was not what the company stated they stood for. The environment was great, but they don’t care for their employees, considering the firing of over 100 people at one time. We seem disposable to the company."
"Working here was a great experience! I would recommend to anyone looking in Texas."
"Great culture but programs are a little uneasy at the moment."
"I’ve worked here for just under 3 years and the owners are very personable. They have created an environment of positivity and productivity. The culture is unlike any other place I have worked. They are constantly striving to make it better."
"Great place for a beginner. super and great pay"
"Small family shop with low clients."
