"Tired of getting the incorrect parts all of the time, and dealing with upset customers who have to deal with numerous visits due to incorrect parts."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop hiring your friends. They are not doing a good job at all. It's time to clean house, and start over with personnel who are capable of doing the job right."
