"This was one of the best jobs in my career of 22+ years. Travel is exciting for a couple years but gets stale soon after. Love it or leave it."

"Home 4 days a month when busy. Lonely on the road/airplanes/hotel rooms for weeks on end."

"Spread work load out evenly or have service personell travel in 2 man crews to impose positive attitudes and faster/safer job completion. More real life training is needed before sending techs into the field."
