"The corporate leaders are out-of-touch with the stores, their employees, and customers. Product is of low quality, sales executions are impossible with archaic technology, and customer satisfaction is extremely low. Pay is terrible, certainly not reflective of the employee image they want to portray - educated, professional, and hardworking for the customer. Pay reflects a lack-of-respect and acknowledgement of their employees. Corporate simply does care about their employees and blatantly demonstrate this during their store visits - they are rude and dismissive. This company needs a change of leadership and to refocus their business plan to customers first by fully supporting their store employees."

"I've worked for Pottery Barn Kids at The Grove for about 2 years starting March of 2008. It was definitely a valuable working experience that and my first real look into the working world. Most of the managers there were accommodating and helpful. The schedule and hours were always more than acceptable and the work environment was very relaxed and fun. Overall, a great place to start my working career."
