"Plant manager at Warren leads by fear. Added responsibility with no compensation. Corporate slow to react to a plant tragedy. Corporate didn't want to be in the business. Poor ethics (honesty)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Replace the Plant Manager and Human Resources Manager at Warren. Sell the plant to someone who wants to be in the business."
