"Compensation was poor, some policies were conflicting and hard to understand, management was back stabbing and opportunistic."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have clear, documented policies that apply to everyone. Senior management should conduct one on one interviews with all staff at least annually. Review the compensation package offered to front line personal with the local market."
