"Positive and upbeat CEO, good people, culture seems good. Mostly positive atmosphere. I would not apply for sales unless you have a good solid inside sales background and some years of sales experience because I only had about maybe 5 to 10 mins of total training in my first few months. l received about a 5 minute overview how to dial and how to create a quote in their contact management program. That's about all. The person that trains you comes in about 10 to 15 minutes late every single day, is not approachable for the first half hour, usually spends the next hour texting or on her computer shopping. She leaves around 11:30 am to go to the gym and lunch and you don't see her back in till about 1:30 pm. She then disappears for another half hour to shower, change and off to get a smoothie. During the entire afternoon you may see her for about an hour when she has a minute if she is not sitting at her desk getting a massage. The 2 managers seem really amazing and willing to help you more, even though you're not part of their team for a few months and sit in different sections."
"Working for PostcardMania is like working with family. It's an uber-productive team who knows how to get the job done right and have fun while doing it. The management team is the best I've ever worked for, supportive, friendly and open-door policies apply with all executives. Love the perks too!"
"I've worked at PostcardMania for over 6 years now and it's an incredible company to work for. The Executives do everything possible to create a pleasant working environment for their employees (free yoga classes, an in-house cafe, an in-house course room, involvement in community betterment activities, etc.) and they maintain very high ethical standards. I highly recommend PostcardMania as a place to work!"
