"PCM is an incredible company to work for. I have been here for less than 2 years now, and have been promoted twice! When I first came to PCM, I was in the mailing department and didn't do very well. Instead of letting me go I was transferred to Reception, promoted and then promoted again to VP HR Assistant! This company truly cares about its employees, and uses courses to ensure that all employees know how the company works and how they can succeed while they are here. I very very rarely see anyone unhappy, and the atmosphere is unlike anything I've ever experienced. I am able to use my talents here, and am pushed to learn and do better and make up for mistakes that I might make on the job.
The one thing I love more than anything else is the Exec team. They are incredible people and really want you to do well, so they work with you. They don't expect you to be perfect, but they do expect you to take responsibility for mistakes and make things right.
