What don't you like about working at Key Financial?
"There really was not anything I did not like about working for Key Financial, just that the industry changed and as a smaller company with all the new guidelines it was hard for the company to remain. Therefore we ceased operations."

"Working with Popular Mortgage was like working in an open family environment. It was a fast producing company which would finance to realtors and builders in our area."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"No. the company is closed now, and does not exist."
What don't you like about working at Banco Popular?
"Nothing. I loved my challenging job duties at Popular Mortgage."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Taking on and closing a higher volume of wholesale loans instead of retail loans, was a higher risk in loans defaulting. Maybe if management would have considered this, other decesions would have been made, and company might still exist."

"This is an awesome place to work and is consumed with great individuals."

"They are not real clear on what is and is not acceptable in the mortgage industry."

"Management should learn every position in the company to have a clear understanding of all aspects of the business."
