"With HQ and Santa Clara, and cheap labor in Bangalore, this company positioned with win contracts. However, they don't seem to understand the importance of employee status. I understand the low labor costs = winning bids mentality, however, employee status is very important, and they don't seem to get that. Management has little, if any, sales management experience, and there is too much politics. Snacks are great, though!"
