"It used to be a friendly employee oriented and appreciated company. Long employment was encouraged and rewarded. At the annual holiday party people who worked in the company for 5, 10, 15, 25,30, and even 40 years were celebrated and rewarded. Lately with top management change experience is no longer a valued factor. It is still a good company to work because of the people in it, but whether it will stay as such remains to be seen."
"The Posey company was one of the best companies I have worked for in my career. I worked about 40 months (3.5 yrs) for the company. The company was privately held, and has been in business for almost 80 years. The best thing about the company was the culture. The people were definitely the reason the company was so successful. Posey products are basically in every hosiptal in the United States. Recently, the company was recently sold to another medical company due to the owner retiring. ."

The new leadership provides us with less room for development of our own ideas or style in which to do business."
