"they were VERY flexible with my school schedule, as well as personal time needed. If I requested it I was granted it. It helped that I was paid hourly."

"The people in the Unix department are real people, you should be real yourself."

"Being a student worker, I hit a glass ceiling with my advancement. I wasn't allowed root access on any of the servers, so doing real server work wasn't available to me."
