"Loved being the point person for 'what is the future' and 'how do we accomplish this' Also loved carrying the ambitious vision of the company into the reality of the API design. Hated being the third person to fill this role in an environment that was 99% operationally focused and sometimes blind to doing things best and first time. Didn't love the backlash against instilling design-based thinking within the corporate DNA through."
