Lab Technician

"A very toxic environment. The owner/boss/manager is difficult to work with, and micromanages everyone in the company. He also picks two or three people at a time to antagonize, and basically decides to make their lives horrible for a month or so at a time. About half a dozen people quit in the few months I worked there because of this. On top of that, they pay significantly less than they should, on the promise that you will get a raise after the initial 3-month period. This is a lie."
