"No Pros. Had a horrible experience. Pay checks are weekly not bi-weekly."

"Avoid if you can. This is not the right place for someone to file your Green card."

What don't you like about working at Populus Group?

"Here is the entire process: You will be working for a desI employer looking for a new project. With your knowledge you will get a project through TekSystems as the prime vendor. A Teksystems representative who coordinated with you and the client will call you and mislead you with an offer of Green card after 6 months of completion of your project provided they transfer their H1B to Populus group. After you complete 6 months and end up on a bench they will not help you find any new project instead they will call you and tell you that they have a two week bench policy and they will withdraw your H1B. Then out of frustration you will find a project on your own and ask them to proceed with your PERM process for green card. Some attorney from Clarkhill will then start drafting your job description and take atleast 3 months to finalize. This is clearly an adjustment between the law firm and Populus. After this they will then draft an advertisement which will take 3 more months. If you are lucky and still hold a job at the client site they will advertise and tell you that there is a 30 day cool off period. After the cool off period they will say the attorney is on a vacation for two weeks. This goes on and on.
