4.7I have been employed by Pony.ai since June of 2019 and have enjoyed learning this new industry. Working for Pony is rewarding in many aspects. Not only through compensation but also through being a part of this exciting new field. Beginning my career at Pony, I had little understanding of the coding or engineering side of autonomous vehicles. Week by week, I gain new knowledge that I would not have acquired anywhere else. The best part of working with Pony has been the ability to wear different hats on the job, essentially trying out different roles. My interest in recruiting was intensified since working with this company and I’m excited to see where that interest takes me in the future.
4.3I like the flexible and fast pace environment. It's exciting to work there and the people surrounding are excellent and working hard. A good place to learn a lot.
