"I’ll start with the positive, one of the most beautiful work environments with a serene atmosphere and beautiful cactus specimens. But unfortunately that didn’t matter when you had poor management and a frantic passive aggressive owner who didn’t care about constructive feedback. This family owned business displayed a high level of nepotism and never communicated with other employees. Left projects unfinished and had a messy work environment. They put up a good front that everything is in control but really on the back end there is no communication, very unorganized, and they refused to accept outsider input. They often made you feel singled out and didn’t express appreciation often."
