"The people at Pond are great to work with. They are fun and very kind. The upper management could use some help. We are on our 3rd CEO in 6 months. The CFO only cares about the bottom line and the company is taking away all accrued sick/vacation time and 2 holidays from the entire company. This was a fun and engaging place to work before the investment firm purchased us in 2019."
