What do you like about working at Pond & Company?

"Pond & Company was a very challenging and fast-paced environment to work in. I was the only person working for the company in the capacity of a Web Developer as Pond & Company is an architectural firm. I was able to work from home as long as I was able to manager each aspect of my project. I had 1 manager and we both reported directly to the company CIO, this was truly a great experience."

"Pond & Company is definitely a fine company to work for. Candidates should do their homework, researching information on the company and try to keep a positive attitude."

What don't you like about working at Pond & Company?

"Well, that I was laid off..."

"None at this juncture. I remained close to my boss for years until he moved out of state."
