What do you like about working at Polymer Technology Group?

"I liked working in research and development as the projects were interesting. I also liked getting some small gifts from the company, such as a hot beverage mug, Christmas party, and a turkey for Thanksgiving. They also paid for dinners when working overtime."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"PTG is looking for people that are in need of a paycheck. Quality Control and Research personnel standards are higher than production."

What don't you like about working at Polymer Technology Group?

"I did not like the pay scale as it was below what the average."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The Quality Control department needs new equipment to determine molecular size of the polyurethanes. All service technicians recommended replacing that older analytical instrument."
