"No strong leadership. The company has existed for a little more than ten years and there has been 5 CEO’s, three CTO’s, one VP of engineering, three VPs of Operations, two VP’s of product, sales has turned over more times to count. Profits continuously drop each year. There is a lot of talk of better goals or work life balance but they are never reached. Bonuses only show up when the company knows it needs to reward its employees for busting their humps despite not meeting the company's unachievable goals. Lots of promises about the staff being the most valuable commodity in the company but there is no investment in the staff. The majority of people leave because of burn out from being overworked or under valued within one to two years. Then there is also continual repeat of hiring, then laying off every couple years."
