"The people I worked with were awesome and knew if they needed a quick and accurate solution they could come to me. They knew when they needed something they would just need to ask and all went well. I went above and beyond the requirements."

"The philosophy is no longer being implemented due to the fact that the corporation, which has taken over, feels that it is unnecessary to continue with those ideals."
What don't you like about working at Pacific Oaks College?
"The company was created many years ago and the people there were caught in that rut. Many of the ideas and needs of technology was often lost."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The ideals of the founders were sound and need to be kept and nurtured. Since being bought out by another college I am afraid these are being lost and the reputation and good feelings of the organization needs to be revisited."
