"PMI Group has a culture of hard and smart work. It is a supportive atmosphere. The IT Group is small for the challenge it is facing. Up to now PMI used homegrown, departmental / one off IT solutions. The IT managers are still trying to accept that. The initiative I drove is the first "big" step to moving to an enterprise IT Strategy using COTS. I worked primarily for the CFO. As in many companies the business and IT are not yet in sync but they are moving in the right direction. Overall a very good company to work for."
