"The only way that you'll make it is if you run the business like it's your own. You have to drive everything. Don't expect them to give you much in terms of assistance or training. Self-sufficiency is paramount."

What don't you like about working at The Plus Group?

"I have barely any oversight and the branch manager just quit (only gave 4 days notice), leaving me as the only person in the office. I've been bumped to 40 hours a week and got a raise (for the extra duties) but they just let me know that when they hire a new branch manager, my hours will be cut again."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Work on better business strategies that are in line with realistic goals."
