"The interview process is a joke. As long as you can tell a good story and separate a deck of cards by suit, you're in!"

"Management is horrible. It's as if we are given certain freedoms because they try to appease everyone instead of taking time to enforce rules and standardize SOPs. A lot of staff has limited knowledge of the field and anyone can have their way as long as they complain."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"REPLACE ALL MANAGEMENT! With non-sexist, literate, trained, effective, efficient, knowledgeable persons who can get the job done."
