"Working here is a labor of love. While the organization stands behind its mission and team members are passionate about their work, compensation is too low to anticipate long-term employment. As with many young arts non-profits, this organization is quick to innovate (out of necessity), but simply lacks the funding to pay fair wages or provide much needed full-time employment. Playhouse on Park is doing great things within the community and a focus on volunteer people power should be maintained. However, current side projects lack prioritization and should be evaluated based on whether or not they are mission-critical."
