"Great place to start for a mechanical engineer. Since this is a very small company you will have the opportunity to make a great impact on almost everything the company is involved in but this will also be demanding. you will get a lot of guidance from the senior engineering team but will be expected to go out of your comfort zone learn a lot on your own go hunt for the information since this is a growing company with a lot of new tech coming in and this will be your biggest point shine if you're up to the task. starting compensation is low but it dose change quickly with how much responsibility and achievement you will make, this is the same about the relationship your boss/management. All and all i would vary much recommend it, it is a hard place to start but with a lot of potential."
