"Highly under utilized, 30 days prior to any work assigned, then weeks between assignments"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire based upon work load you have and work that one will be allowed to perform. Economy in all fairness was to blame, however too bad so many opportunities were missed. I still believe I should have never been hired in the first place - based upon work load day one."
