"The company is global in size, and so are the work teams, the locality I am in charge of is Mexico, Latam, and Puerto Rico, my bosses are in different parts of the world therefore we must be in constant growth for the compliance in each country in total between Mexico and the United States there are approximately 7,000 employees. "Refine work ethic to embrace executive initiatives. While trust is given to make decisions it falls short of enabling certain roles to participate in the mobile work force."

"The culture in my department was completely compliance driven - no real customer oriented goals or objectives, no clear direction and no system of reward and recognition for accomplishments"

"Train the current leaders of Technical Assistance Department leadership skills and how to develope customer-centric goals and objectives for team members"

"Drive projects that improve working conditions and effeciencies for the staff. Create a reward and recongnition system based on performance and achievements (not on compliance). Create goals that matter (customer-centric)"
