"I think that the base pay is fair and that the company benefits package makes up for any possible shortfall. The only area I would like to see improved is the Bonus %. For this position being and overhead cost, the company feels the contribution to the bottom line is only sufficient for a 1.5 % of salary bonus. It is my opinion that this position is critical to the operations of the plant and therefore deserves to be rewarded at a higher rate."
